The F4U-4 is the last version of the legendary Corsair series that saw service in World War II. This series was delivered to the US Navy in early 1945 and was equipped with a 2100 hp Pratt & Whitney supercharged engine.

The MODSTER MDX F4U is the ideal first warbird model for advanced beginners with basic aileron flying experience. However, thanks to its high maximum speed and excellent maneuverability, it also offers a lot of fun for experienced pilots. The model has three flight modes (beginner, advanced, professional) that can be set according to your ability.

The F4U-4 is equipped with a special aerobatic switch on the remote control, which allows basic aerobatic maneuvers such as loops and rolls to be performed at the touch of a button. A pre-installed 6-axis gyro system stabilizes the flight attitude during all maneuvers and ensures safe and precise control.

The Corsair is a high-quality model made of robust EPP plastic. A propeller saver reduces the risk of damage to the propeller and extends the life of the model.

flight duration and control

The flight time is about 7-15 minutes depending on full throttle use. The standard 2.4GHz remote control is only supplied in Mode 2, which means that the throttle is controlled via the left lever.
