Stainless steel silencer ZG74B/ZG80B, short version.
In these compact stainless steel silencers, the exhaust gases from both cylinders are routed tangentially into the same chamber, which is twice the size. The cylinders experience the same back pressure, but one large chamber dampens low frequencies better than two small ones. This design is therefore more advantageous for the boxer engine in every respect than two individual silencers. The only drawback is the complex manufacturing process, which is why there are no kits available for these silencers.

Despite having only one chamber, this silencer is significantly quieter than the standard silencers. At just 280 g, it is also considerably lighter.
