The Platinum V5 260A HV V5 offers constant speed performance and thus ensures an excellent flight experience without a BEC. The innovative housing design, especially with the additional windows on the sides and the internal structure, ensures particularly effective heat dissipation. This means that heat generated is transported directly from the circuit board to the outside via the shortest route. And that is also necessary, because thanks to the integrated 32-bit processor, the speed algorithm is even more precise and the general performance of the Platinum controller is of course even stronger. This finely adjustable speed sensitivity ultimately enables every flying ace to find a level that suits him exactly.

The controller features a technology for efficiency optimization with synchronous rectification (DEO: "Driving Efficiency Optimization"m Active Freewheeling), which brings several advantages at once:
- faster throttle response, improved flight stability and flexibility
- Higher driving efficiency and longer battery life
- Lower temperature rise of the controller, more reliable
