The Platinum V5 120A is small, powerful and, like the other controllers in the Platinum V5 series, is characterized by particularly efficient heat dissipation. As a flight controller, it feels right at home in electronic helicopters of size 420-520. But of course, due to its specifications, it can also be used in medium-sized fixed-wing aircraft.

The Platinum 120A V5 is equipped with a switchable BEC that can be set in the range of 5 to 12 volts. The BEC also has a new anti-reverse circuit that can be used in parallel with external batteries, thus offering double protection. Compared to previous controller versions, the speed accuracy algorithm also makes the Platinum 150A more powerful and reliable. The adjustable sensitivity for a constant speed allows every pilot to find a setting that suits their own flying style and the current flight conditions.

The special design also improves air circulation so that the operating temperature does not reach a critical level. The open design of the Platinum 120A V5 controller is immediately apparent. The additional use of thermal tape and another heat sink inside ensures an overall extension of the service life and improved heat dissipation on the otherwise sensitive external capacitors.
